Tasting Exercise (Clearance)

This set includes eight small glass bottles with eye-droppers and a wooden tray. The bottles are made of brown glass so that students cannot identify the liquid inside by its colour. Each bottle has a glass eye dropper with either a white or black silicone squeeze top for transferring the solution to a spoon or dropping it directly onto the student's tongue.

The Tasting Exercise is used by the child to refine the gustatory sense. The bottles are prepared by the adult with the basic tastes of sweet, sour, salty and bitter that the child samples and matches.
