U.S. Customs Charges

Customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included in the product or shipping price for international orders. Customers are responsible for paying these upon delivery to the courier or local customs office. 

If you would like to pay customs upfront, please contact us for a quote. We ship via UPS by default, or the postal system for small orders.

USA only: Tariffs of 10% apply to goods of Chinese origin. This includes our full catalogue. Customs costs will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Under these circumstances, if delivery is refused, we cannot accept returns. We reserve the right to deduct our original and any return shipping costs incurred, including but not limited to unpaid customs charges, from any refunds if this occurs.
