Arranging a pickup time

• After your order has been placed, we will reach out to you via email to arrange a pickup time.
• Our regular pickup times are currently M/W/F from 10 AM to 2 PM.
  • Times subject to change. Holidays may shift a day over, e.g. from Mon/Wed to Tuesday.
  • We are occasionally not at the warehouse if you have not scheduled a time.
  • When in doubt, please confirm your time.

Picking up your order

• Please have your order number ready. When you arrive, if we are not at the front, you can knock on the garage door or call us at 778-233-8722 and we will bring your order out.
