Shipping Policy

General info

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
    • We generally operate on a cutoff time of 12 PM PST, but schedule can vary.
  • Packaging and handling fees are included in the shipping fee. If applicable, customs charges such as sales tax/VAT, duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the buyer's sole responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for customs charges or delays. When in doubt, please consult your local authorities.
    • As we are located in Canada, domestic orders are not subject to customs. 
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and location.
    • In rare cases, for orders outside Canada and the USA, we may have to adjust the calculated shipping cost. Should this occur, we will inform you.
  • We ship primarily via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. We may occasionally use other carriers such as Canpar and FedEx.
    • We may not be able to ship large orders to a PO Box as Canada Post does not accept multi-package shipments.
    • Small items within Canada may be sent as oversize lettermail without tracking. Canada Post lettermail is estimated to take 4 business days nationally.
    • Small items to the US may be shipped via Canada Post, Small Packet - Air. This is estimated to take about two weeks.
    • For local orders, we may deliver your order ourselves. We will reach out to you to arrange a time.
  • Delivery time estimates do not include the day of shipping.
    • Delivery time will vary somewhat based on carrier.
    • Delivery may take longer than estimated for remote/rural areas, up to 14 business days.
    • If your shipment has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us. Shipping delays may occur over observed holidays.
    • We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays but will make every effort to dispatch our shipments on time.
  • If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, they may arrive separately. Please ensure that you receive every box indicated by the tracking numbers on your order.
  • If an item you purchased is not available due to an inventory error, we may cancel the item from your order and issue you a refund rather than put it on backorder. Our apologies in advance if this occurs.
