Return / Refund Policy

Returns

No longer want an item? You can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please request a return through your account or email us at sales@ifitmontessori.com first to ensure you have the full details and instructions.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any costs billed by the carrier upon return (including but not limited to shipping, brokerage, and customs fees) will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept COD.

Items must be returned unused in their original condition and packaging. If they are returned used, damaged or with missing parts, you may receive store credit instead of a refund or have the lost value deducted.

Refunds may only be made to the original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges in-store at our warehouse. The same conditions apply to exchanges as returns.

Order modification or cancellation

Please contact us immediately. Once an order has begun processing or been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Price adjustment

We are unable to offer refunds based on changes to product pricing after an order has been placed.

e-Transfer & Cheque payments

For security reasons, because e-Transfer and cheque payments cannot be reversed, we are unable to refund such payments once made. You will receive equivalent store credit instead.

Return window

All sales become final 30 days after the delivery date and no returns or exchanges may be made after this period.

Final sale

Clearance items

All clearance items are final sale. If you need more information on the condition of a clearance item before purchase, please contact us.

Digital products

All digital products such as our printable PDFs and gift certificates are final sale.

Product issues

Defective, missing, & incorrectly shipped items

If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped items, please email us at sales@ifitmontessori.com within 30 days of delivery. Please send us photos of any defective or incorrect items.

We will arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will cover shipping for the replacements, and if applicable, provide return shipping labels for incorrectly shipped items. Prepaid return shipping labels must be used within 30 days.

Damage during shipping

If damage occurred during shipping (packaging torn or deformed, water damage, etc.), please retain all packaging, including the shipping label, and send us photos of the damaged item and outer packaging with the shipping label attached.

We will contact the carrier and arrange for replacements to be sent to you. We will pass on your contact information so the carrier can confirm the details of what happened with you.

We cannot be responsible for any damages or losses incurred during freight forwarding.

Delivery issues

Package missing/lost/not delivered

If your order is stuck in transit, or the tracking says it has been delivered but you have not received it, please email us at sales@ifitmontessori.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package, or if it is deemed lost, send a replacement. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages that have been deemed delivered by the carrier.

Beyond 30 days, we cannot be responsible for packages that are no longer locatable as they may not be held indefinitely by the carrier.

Wrong address or returned to sender

We cannot be responsible for orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout. You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you notice the shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately.

Should the package be returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by return shipping from your refund or charge an additional shipping fee to reship it to the correct address.

Should delivery be refused for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct any costs associated with both the original and return shipping from your refund.

If the package is destroyed or abandoned, we regretfully cannot issue any refunds.
