These large number cards include the units, tens, hundreds, and thousands from 1 to 9000. The units and thousands are printed green, the tens blue, and the hundreds red. 

The purpose of this product is to demonstrate to the child written symbols for 1, 10, 100, and 1000. The static bead material along with the large number cards give a concrete representation of the decimal system 1 to 1000, which demonstrates place values and the concept that decimal categories cannot exceed 9.
