We recently changed platforms for our online store, as well as our store URLs. We were previously montessoriequipment.ca/.com. These will now redirect to our current site. Our primary email address has also changed from info@montessoriequipment.com to info@ifitmontessori.com

Because of this migration, you may have questions about how to use our new site. You may also be looking to access old account information, such as past orders and downloadable files. If you cannot find the answer to your question below, or require assistance, please contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions

I placed an order before the site migration.

Please rest assured that your recently placed orders will be fulfilled as usual within 2 business days, and we will email you the tracking information. Your order will not show up under your account on our new site.

Open backorders and purchase orders will be transferred to our new site soon.

How do I access past invoices?

Past invoices from prior to our site migration are not available on our new site. If you require access, please contact us. We have invoices for the past year available upon request.

How do I access past downloadable files?

Downloadable files from past orders prior to our site migration are not available through our new site. If you need to re-download the files, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help.

How do I track past orders?

Tracking for past orders prior to our site migration is not available on our new site. A shipping notification should have been sent to you when the order was shipped, but if you need the tracking information again, please contact us.

Has my store credit been transferred?

Any unused store credit from prior to our site migration has been transferred based on email address.

Store credit does not expire.
