Geometric Cabinet with 35 Insets

The Geometric Cabinet has 6 drawers containing 35 geometric insets and frames: 6 circles, 6 rectangles, 7 triangles, 6 regular polygons, 4 curvilinear figures, 6 quadrilaterals, and 1 blank.

The Geometric Cabinet introduces the child to plane geometry and encourages the child to recognize representations of shapes leading to an abstract conception of form. Comparisons and geometrical deductions may be made.

Each inset has a large knob for secure handling. When in use, the trays can be rested on top of the cabinet, which is closed on three sides to prevent the tray from sliding off.
