Black and White Bead Stairs - 1 Set (W Beads)

One set of black and white bead stairs strung on brass wire.

Beads 1–5 are coloured black, while beads 6–9 are white. This helps the child develop the ability to subitize—that is, the ability to instantly perceive the number of items (beads) in a set without counting each individual item. 

For use in addition and subtraction activities, particularly in the snake games.

W Beads are 8 mm acrylic, wired with brass. The bead colour matches our C Beads.

Recommended ages: 4 years and up.
