Binomial Cube

8 painted wooden prisms in a wooden box with a lid. The box is hinged and opens out to display the cubes. The lid and sides of the box are printed with the binomial square pattern.

The purpose of this product is to provide the child with tangible experience of the way in which the cube can be divided and subdivided. It also lays the foundations for the later study of algebra.
